Can I return my order?Yes, you definitely can. We will happily accept all items purchased from www.collectionvoyagelabel.com in their original, clean and unworn condition with all tags attached for a refund. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags / protection still attached. You have 14 days from the day you receive your item(s) to qualify for a refund. To start a return, you can contact us at contact@collectionvoyagelabel.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Do i have to pay for return shiping fees ?We care for our environment and want to minimize returns as much as possible. Please think twice before you order something and check the exact measurements of the pieces you want to buy to avoid preventable returns. If you need to return something you will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. We recommend reusing the packaging your order came in to lower your environmental impact. (The only instance in which we will cover postage costs will be in the event of a faulty or incorrectly posted item.)

Can i exchange an item for another size ?As we work on Pre-order, it means we don't have a stock. So, if we have other returns and one with the size you wish of course. Please contact us at contact@collectionvoyage.com so we can check together.

When will I receive my refund?Once we have received your items, please allow 5-7 business to process your return and 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. We’ll send you an email when we have process your refund so you know it’s on the way.

What happens if a return gets lost or damaged on the way?Since you’re responsible for your returns, we always recommend choosing an insured shipping option, to make sure that if your package gets lost or damaged you will be compensated by the shipping company.

Can I track my order?Yes, once your order is dispatched you’ll receive an email containing the tracking link.

When will my order be dispatched?For Pre-order, at the end of the pre-oder openning we will place the order with our manufacture. After that, count 8 weeks of production, then the time for us to send it to you. As soon as the productioin will be done, you will receive an e-mail. And another e-mail when we ship it to you. For all items in stock we normally dispatch between 1 - 3 days.

My order is taking longer than expected.Once your order has been sent, it is in the hands of the courier. Shipping time estimates are given to us by the courier company, and may vary depending on locations. Any delays are outside of our control. Please also be aware of the fact that COVID-19 might also affect delivery times.

Are there customs/ import duties or taxes?Not for European Countrys, and for now we only deliver in Europe. But if you are in UK or Norway, and all countrys that are not part of the EU, please check it, so you don't get a bad surprise. As stipulated in our Policy, we will not be held responsible for it.

I entered the wrong address, what can I do?"No worries! If you entered the wrong address, please send us an e-mail to contact@collectionvoyagelabel.com to let us know ASAP. If your order hasn’t been shipped already we can change your address. If it has been shipped already you will have to contact our shipping company to change your address and redirect your order. Additional costs may apply!

What if my package was returned to sender?If the parcel is returned to sender as a result of being refused by the recipient or not collected from the collection point, then the order may not be eligible for refund. If that’s not the case and your package has been returned without obvious reason, please contact us per e-mail at contact@collectionvoyagelabel.com and we will be able to take care of your case individually.

What currency are your prices in?Our Prices are in Danish Couronne ( kr ), but you can change it with the currency converter to EU.

How can I find out which size is the right one for me?We recommend measuring your bust, waist, and height and then compare your measurements with the ones we provide for each style. This way you make sure to find the perfect fit. Also, if you have any questions feel free to send us a dm on Instagram @collectionvoyage or shoot us an email to contact@collectionvoyagelabel.com. How do I wash my Collection Voyage pieces?To be able to wear them for a long time please only" hand" wash our pieces in cold water with eco-friendly and gentle detergents and do not tumble dry them. Also make sure to not iron or wring Collection voyage clothes to prevent the fabric from being destroyed. Otherwise, we use high quality textile, so if you follow the instruction, they will last for a long time.

What packaging do you use for my order?We do not use any plastic for our packaging. Our Collection Voyage bags are reusable and designed to be used as laundry bags, travel packing cubes, storage bags, bikini bags or else. They are made with Ego-tex cotton (organic), and produce in France. The shipping bags we use are made from tapioca and are compostable. In home or industrial composter !

What are your pieces made out of?Our swimwear are made with Econyl ®. You can also find more info, on the navigation menu about the fabrics we use.

Where are your pieces made?All our pieces are being ethically produced by our production company in Bali. The company takes big care of providing their workers with fair wages and good working conditions. The Design are made by us in Danemark.

Are your products vegan?Yes. All of our products are 100% vegan. From fabric, to dye, to packaging.

What are your sustainable standards?We try our best to be a brand that not only designs cute clothes, but also cares about the people that produce our designs and the impact we have on our environment. We’re not perfect, but we try to take sustainable steps each day! We only work with companies that pay their workers fair wages and provide them with good working conditions. Our products are made from natural materials only and we try to choose fabric for our designs that is environmentally friendly oriented and releases only a reduced amount of emissions during the production process (like linen and bamboo). We don’t use any plastic wheather that’s for our products itself or the packaging we use. We try to limit the waste we produce as much as possible by using leftovers for pieces like scrunchies. We design only high quality pieces that are timeless and are meant to last for a very long time if cared for properly. We ship our pieces from the origin of production to avoid extra emissions for the transport to a foreign warehouse.
